Ever dreamed of having your vintage collection in a brick-and-mortar retail store? Now you can! Minneapolis Vintage Emporium is a 12-week popup retail store in the IDS Center featuring a mammoth selection of curated vintage clothing, home goods and collectibles. We've utilized this space over the last three years for our sister market Minneapolis Craft Market for our seasonal holiday popup store, Holidays on Nicollet and are thrilled to offer a vintage store in the space during the busy downtown summer months to capitalize on foot traffic during baseball season, TC Pride, Aquatennial, Taste of Minnesota and more! This huge retail space is a former menswear store so is perfect for clothing, home goods and collectibles.

Open 10AM - 5PM Mon-Sat, closed on Sundays and July 4.
Location:
747 Nicollet Mall, IDS Center - Suite 0190, Minneapolis, MN 55402. This is a prime, street-level store in the busy IDS Center.
Call for vendors
Vendor applications are now being accepted for Minneapolis Vintage Emporium until 11:59pm on May 25. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis if/when space becomes available within the store until July 31.

This is a competitive vendor selection process, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor acceptance notifications for the will be sent for the opening vendor set by May 29.
Terms - 40% of sales. There is no upfront cost or booth fee to participate.
POS is managed centrally by Minneapolis Vintage Market, and vendors will receive a payout of 60% of their monthly sales paid monthly by the 15th of the following month: July 15 (June sales), August 15 (July sales), September 15 (August and September sales).
Staffing is managed by Minneapolis Vintage Market. Vendors do not need to staff the space, though they are encouraged to visit regularly to review their inventory and connect with customers.
Vendors are responsible for merchandising their own display (vendors provide their own tables, hangers, etc). We do have some fixtures available on site including shelving and clothing rails, but supplies are limited. Please note that any furniture brought on site should be wooden or metal and consistent with a high quality, regular store in appearance. The following items are not permitted: plastic folding tables, table cloths and vinyl banners. Please see the photos below to see the type of fixtures that are suitable (some photos are from our craft market event in the space). Vendors are responsible for their own branding and signage. We encourage you to creatively merchandise and fill your space with plenty of inventory.
Vendors will provide Minneapolis Vintage Market with an inventory list and are responsible for replenishing their stock throughout the season.
Minneapolis Vintage Market will provide an inventory template spreadsheet that vendors must use to submit their inventory list and any weekly inventory updates. All merchandise must be tagged with a barcode/sku number that is listed on the template. Minneapolis Vintage Market will provide barcode labels for vendors to tag their merchandise. To simplify this process, vendors may choose to categorize and label their merchandise by price e.g. ABC Vintage $10, ABC Vintage $25, ABC Vintage $50, rather than itemizing their inventory individually, but that is up to the vendor.
On site storage is available for vendor use for backstock.
Fitting rooms are available for customers to try on apparel items.
Inventory replenishment may occur any time during store open hours, 10AM - 5PM Mon-Sat.
Vendors must provide a Certificate of insurance listing Vanishing Point Events LLC (DBA Minnneapolis Vintage Market) as additional insured. Insurance is mandatory to cover any loss, theft or damage to not only vendor goods, but any damage to the store space, as required by building management. Upon acceptance, vendors will be sent an online link to enter direct deposit information securely via QuickBooks for sales payouts. All payouts will be made via direct deposit.
Minneapolis Vintage Market will provide bags and tissue paper at checkout. Vendors are responsible for any other specialty packaging (bubble wrap, boxes etc) that should be with your product and ensuring everything is tagged with your brand name.
